Refund & Order Policy

Mrs Biggles takes pride in our cakes and pastries offered to our customers. We ask that if you are not entirely satisfied with your Mrs Biggles baked goods to please return the whole item to the store within 24 hours of receiving it, refunds will be an exchange or an in-store credit to be used on a future date. – NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. All custom orders must be cancelled one week in advance of the collection date to receive a full refund, minus the deposit. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in no refund given. All click and collect orders are to be paid in full via card at the time they are being placed – website/over the phone. A product which isn’t collected at the day/time the customer selected, will not be refunded. All custom made orders require a 50% deposit. We are not responsible for any damages to items once they leave the bakery when we are not delivering them. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB and American Express through our online ordering system.
